Founder & CEO
A high-energy marketer and general manager with over 20 years of experience, Emma S. Battle is passionate about delivering business success. She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Three Ships where she created exceptional value for clients, worked with employees to evolve the company culture and collaborated with the leadership team to revamp the business strategy. These efforts resulted in record-breaking financial results for the agency. Emma also served as senior director online marketing at Red Hat, vice president of marketing and merchandising at Art.com and vice president of marketing, vice president of strategic planning, director of operations & sourcing, and plant manager at HanesBrands. Emma gained additional work experience at American Express, Goldman Sachs, and PepsiCo. She holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Duke University and an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
